Nancy Tunick

  • Nancy Tunick co-founded GrassRoots Promotion in 1996 and serves as co-owner and managing partner, consulting artists and record labels, managing a select roster, developing digital platforms, and overseeing company operations. She previously held senior promotion roles at Asylum Records, VFR Records, and Warner Bros. Nashville, where she helped shape landmark campaigns for Blake Shelton, Randy Travis, Faith Hill, Big & Rich, and many others.

Nancy has been recognized numerous times as Independent Promotion Person of the Year by Gavin Magazine, Music Row, Country Radio Broadcasters, and Country Aircheck. She has worked with a who’s who of country artists and has most recently contributed to the career launches of Mitchell Tenpenny and Tenille Arts.

A Temple University graduate, Nancy began in radio before moving into promotion and artist development. Beyond the music industry, she is the Rabbi/Cantor at Temple B’nai Israel in Florence, AL, President of the Interfaith Council of the Shoals, and an active mentor, speaker, and advocate through organizations including the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and St. Jude Country Cares.

Tera Lee Flaman

As a radio personality, she was recognized with five CCMA On-Air Personality of the Year awards, and in 2023, she received the Country Music Alberta Industry Person of the Year award.

She is also an experienced live show producer, having produced 10 CCMA Legends Shows as well as four Country Music Alberta Awards shows.
